Andrea & Lee – The Boatyard 

The day I meet Andrea and Lee, I knew their wedding was going to be a bit lively.  But full of love at the same time. They were both extremely nervous. More nervous than most couples I meet during the champagne meet. And I believe this is because marriage is so important to them both. And what their wedding day represented.

The night before I spoke with Andrea and asked what she was doing with her evening. With family and close friends. Drinking a little wine and some good food. She disclaimed to me that she was very nervous for her big day. I reassured her that everything was going to be ok. To take each moment as it approached. And to be in the moment.

The following day when I arrived at Andrea’s bridal suite in Leigh on sea. The nerves had disappeared and turned into excitement. She was ready. I looking stunningly beautiful for her big day.

After spending some time introducing myself to Andrea’s family members, I started to document the finer details of her attire she was going to wear for the day. Along with taking some portraits of her dress.

Some time later I made my way to the venue located just 10 mins away from Andrea’s Bridal suite. I meet with Lee who was ready for his big day. I knew then that being a wedding photographer at The boatyard, Leigh on sea was going to be a day I will never forget. 

I document many special wedding day’s but this is maybe one of the most unforgettable for too many reasons to mention. Love. Laughter. Tears. Excitement. The truth is…. I even found myself welling up a little.
