Wedding photographer the channels – Lucy and Marc

It was a very mild and bright December day for Lucy and Marc’s wedding at The Channels. Maybe the sunniest Christmas wedding I have ever done. 

When I arrived at Lucy’s Mum’s home for the bridal preparations the energy was very calm but you could sniff the excitement in the air. The smell of fresh flowers and perfume. I could tell this was going to be a wedding to remember.

When Lucy put on her wedding dress she simply looked stunning and elegant. I really wanted to capture just how beautiful Lucy looked in her dress and I believe this shows within the wedding photos.  

The Channels is quite a popular wedding venue with lots of atmosphere. Loads of room and a decent size grounds for almost any size wedding, which was quite a good thing because Lucy and Marc had very many friends and family at their special day.

When I arrived there and I saw Marc, his energy was also very calm. It was like Lucy and him have mirrored the same energy. I knew this was going to be up there with one of the best at that point and I certainly wasn’t wrong.
